How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding is a standard 2–4 week process: we run a discovery call, scope your customer journeys, connect your systems where compatible, train diago on your service categories, and run a validation day before you go live. Custom integrations can extend that timeline.

Is there a limit on call volume?

Each plan includes a generous monthly call allowance sized to your rooftop. If your volume grows past it, we'll flag it early and move you to the right plan — there are no surprise overage bills.

What if my DMS isn't in your integration list?

We build custom DMS connectors for Group customers. Custom integrations are scoped per system and can take longer than a standard onboarding — we'll give you a clear timeline up front before anything starts.

How does it work for a dealer group with multiple rooftops?

Per rooftop, with volume pricing that kicks in past 3 rooftops. Book a demo and we'll put together an exact quote for your group based on rooftops, brands and call volume.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Month-to-month — cancel any time on 30 days' notice. Annual agreements are available if you'd prefer to lock in a rate, with the same cancellation terms.

What happens to our customer data?

South African data residency for all customer recordings, transcripts, and metadata. Full POPIA compliance. Recordings deleted after 90 days by default — extendable on Group. Audit logs available on request.

Can we keep our existing receptionist?

Most customers do — diago covers after-hours, peak-hours, and overflow. Your team focuses on the calls diago hands off, plus walk-ins. Many groups redeploy receptionist time toward sales follow-up or CSat outbound.
